Payment

  • Payment is due in full at checkout.
  • We accept all forms of payment.
  • All prices are listed in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
  • Pre-order items are charged when you place your order.

Returns and refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds.
  • Please double-check your sizes, titles, quantities and shipping address before you place your order.
  • If there is an error with your packaging or order, such as a damaged or wrong item, please let us know within 2 business days of delivery. Email support@dtbooks.org with your order number and a photo.

Order changes and cancellations

  • Orders begin processing right away, so they cannot be changed or cancelled once they are placed.
  • Entered the wrong address? Email support@dtbooks.org as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before your order ships.

Shipping

  • Orders take 7 to 14 days to arrive.
  • Delivery may take longer during inclement weather.
  • Please let us know within 2 business days of delivery if there is an error with your packaging.
  • Apparel, tumblers and stickers are made to order and may ship separately from books.
  • Pre-order books ship once they are released.
  • We only ship within the United States.
  • DT Books is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
